Public gyms have never been very effective for me. I’m too much of a social person to actually get a workout done. I prefer to sweat in private. Driving back and forth and making myself presentable to be in public, even for exercise, wasn’t worth the extra effort to me either.
Over the years, I’ve used a few different in home exercise programs and equipment. I’ve developed quite the nice little home gym. I’m pleased to be able to share my experiences with you.
I am not a fitness consultant. I am not a personal trainer. I am a woman just like you who tries to stay motivated and healthy.
